Generally poles of these extreme weather tents are practically indestructible, even in the severe weather.

These extreme use tents are designed for severe winter use, and as such, they will not likely not be suited for camping other than in moderate to harsh winter conditions. These tents also tend to pack the biggest price tags, and are generally purchased by professional or aspiring professional campers.
